Winemaking:

Handpicked grapes. Few hours of maceration of crushed grapes, pressing and must clarification by sedimentation. Fermentation at temperatures between 12°C and 21°C. Four-month wine maturation in stainless steel tank on the lees.

 

Tasting notes:

Lively light yellow colour with hints of green. Intensively expressed complex tropical varietal aromas of pear, gooseberry, lime, lemon peel and red grapefruit. The aroma is very persistent and by time shows characteristics of spring flowers of violets, daisies, etc. Seducing.

 

Full bodied wine with taste expression of red grapefruit with spicy tones. A juicy aftertaste is delicious, persistent and the result of a good harmony between acidity and sugar.
