Handpicked grapes. Direct pressing of crushed grapes and must clarification by sedimentation of free run juice. Fermentation at temperatures between 11°C and 20°C. Four-month wine maturation in stainless steel tanks on the lees.


Tasting notes:

Garnet red colour with hints of pink. Varietal characteristics of Merlot with expression of strawberries, raspberries, and small red fruits.The aroma is persistent, with time shows its complexity.


Medium bodied wine with expression of small red berries fruit. Crispy, lively with a good balance of sweetness and freshness.
