Handpicked grapes. Few hours of maceration of crushed grapes, must clarification by sedimentation. Fermentation at temperatures between 13°C and 20°C, of which one part in oak barrels. Four-month wine maturation in stainless steel tank on the lees. Partial malolactic fermentation.


Tasting notes:

Lively yellow colour with green hint. Intensively expressed varietal aromas of tropical fruit of yellow melon, pineapple with combination of minerality and aroma of creme brulée. The aroma is persistent and by time showing more mineral and complex characteristics. Very complex and rich.


Full bodied wine with creamy and crispy taste expression with aromas of tropical fruit and vanilla. A good balance between richness and freshness. The aftertaste is long.
