Winemaking:

Handpicked grapes. Direct pressing of crushed grapes and must clarification by sedimentation of free run juice. Fermentation at temperatures between 11°C and 20°C. Six-month wine maturation in stainless steel tanks on the lees. Secondary fermentation in tank by charmat method on temperature between 15°C and 20°C. Three months of ageing on lees.

 

Tasting notes:

This charmat method sparkling wine is showing lively green colour with hints of yellow. A complex aroma shows characteristics of citruses, Muscat, roasted almonds, bread crust and yeasty tones.

 

Sparkling wine with a delicious taste, fine bubbles and residual sugar, make this wine widely accepted. An emphasised drinkability and aroma.
