Handpicked grapes. Direct pressing of crushed grapes and must clarification by sedimentation of free run juice. Fermentation at temperatures between 11°C and 20°C. Six-month wine maturation in stainless steel tanks on the lees. Secondary fermentation in tank by charmat method on temperature between 15°C and 20°C. Three months of ageing on lees.


Tasting notes:

This charmat method sparkling wine is showing lively green colour. The aroma is showing characteristics of citruses, dry flowers with hints of bread crust and yeasty tones.


Sparkling wine with a crispy taste and fine bubbles makes this wine charming. A wine for everyday refreshment that goes good with food or alone.
