Winemaking:

Handpicked grapes. Direct pressing of crushed grapes and must clarification by sedimentation of free run juice. Fermentation at temperatures between 11°C and 20°C. Six-month wine maturation in stainless steel tanks on the lees. Secondary fermentation in tank by charmat method on temperature between 15°C and 20°C. Three months of ageing on lees.

 

Tasting notes:

This charmat method sparkling wine is showing lively green colour. The aroma shows characteristics of herbs, roasted almonds, bread crust and yeasty tones. This aroma is complex and rich.

 

Sparkling wine with a delicious taste, fine bubbles and residual sugar, make this wine widely accepted. An emphasised drinkability and aroma that is easily combined with food.
