Nose: Complex, reminiscent of dried apricots, dried citrus peel, and white pepper, with a hint of chestnut honey.
Palate: Medium-bodied and moderately intense. It's soft and subtly spicy, with a harmonious character. Delicate tannins give the wine length, intertwining in the finish with aromas of dried apricot and honey.
Pairing Suggestions: It pairs well with neutral dishes of delicate flavor. We can combine it with risottos and pasta, fish, or carpaccio.

Nose: Intense aromas of dried apricots and ripe tropical fruit, with a focus on pineapple and papaya. We also detect dried lemon peel with a hint of resin, leather, toasted almonds, and herbs.
Palate: Dry and structured, mineral with discernible tannins that leave a pleasant spicy finish. The aftertaste is long and intense.
Pairing Suggestions: It can be enjoyed on its own, but also beautifully complements poultry and pork dishes, as well as fish, especially salmon and tuna. It's also worth trying with goat kid and sheep's cheese.

Nose: A mature, pleasantly pronounced aroma. Citrus notes are clearly discernible.

Pairing Suggestions: It's a delicious culinary companion to dishes based on crustaceans, fish, and shellfish.

Nose: A ripe, fine, delicate, and subdued fruity aroma.
Palate: The taste offers multiple layers. Initially, there's a juiciness and yeasty notes, followed by earthiness, dried pear, and hazelnut, concluding with almond. The bubbles are finer, the effervescence is more abundant, and the mouthfeel is fine and compelling.
Pairing Suggestions: It pairs well with oysters, shellfish, or sushi. It's a great companion to both light seafood and light Asian dishes.
