Sparkling Zelen Charmat (6x)

Penino Zelen is produced using the Charmat process, has a varietally distinctive aroma and a sweeter, milder taste. It is an ideal aperitif or companion to lighter starters.

Scent: Dried apples, citrus peel, a few herbs.
 

Palate: On first impression, sweeter but soft, with a lively acidity. There is a mineral taste. The finish is accompanied by a citrus aroma typical of the Zelen variety.

Pairing Suggestions: It is mainly drunk as an aperitif. It also goes well with pasta with light sauces, cold starters or seafood dishes.

Penina Zelen Klasika was produced using the "classic method", with secondary fermentation in the bottle, where it was matured for 48 months. It has a pleasant aroma of dried fruits and herbs and an elegant, delicate flavour that lasts. It is suitable for toasting, or for pairing with starters or light main courses.

Scent: Dried apricots, dried apples, bread crust, herbs.

Palate: A dry and elegant sparkling wine with a delicate and delicate taste. The mature character is expressed in the aftertaste with aromas of almond, honey and chamomile.

Pairing Suggestions: Aged classic sparkling wine is usually offered as a toast, but it also goes well with beef carpaccio, roast fish or tender white meat.
