Ventus wines, fresh and distinctly varietal, are born from the burja. They are perfectly playful yet at the same time, elegantly rounded.
Pridelana so s tradicionalnimi postopki, ki so se desetletja uporabljali in razvijali v Vipavski dolini, ob pomoči sodobne tehnologije. Vina Ventus imajo specifičen značaj, saj se v Vipavski dolini srečujeta celinsko-alpska in mediteranska klima. V vinih Ventus so enologi uspešno združili najboljše kar da narava s svojim znanjem in izkušnjami.
Namenjena so tistim ljubitljem vrhunske kapljice, ki prepoznajo sortnost in cenijo poreklo vina.
Ventus Zelen
Nose: Je intenziven, prepletajo se zaznave suhega sadja, v ospredju prevladujejo sladke začimbe in sledovi posušene kamilice.
Palate: Srednje bogat, lepo sestavljen in mineralen.
Pairing Suggestions:: Zelen je dober spremljevalec enolončnic, rib, testenin in zelenjave na žaru.

Ventus Malvazija
Nose: Močan. Čutijo se limonina skorja, akacija, zeleni mandelj. Nekaj not suhega jabolka in cimeta.
Palate: Okus je bolj poln, telo vina je močnejše. Kisline so umirjene, občuti se slano, mineralno zaznavo. Vino se zaključuje mehko in za seboj pusti nežno aromo.
Pairing Suggestions:: Ribe, ribe na žaru, morske rižote. Močne, kremne juhe, belo meso na žaru.

This grape variety thrives exclusively in Slovenia's Vipava Valley. Grown on sun-drenched, clay-sandy terraces, it yields a vibrant, ruby-red dry wine with aromatic notes of plum and wild berries.
Scent: Fresh, varietally fruity, with a predominant aroma of blackcurrant.

Ventus Merlot
Merlot is the most widely planted grape variety in the Vipava Valley. The warm and dry conditions here allow it to achieve high sugar levels while still retaining the varietal's characteristic aromas of red fruit.
Nose: Črna češnja, ribez, brusnica. Marmelada iz rdečih sadežev. Nekaj kakavovih not.
Palate: Polnega okusa, dokaj močno, strukturno. Razkrije se aroma črnega
