Penina Zelen Klasika was produced using the "classic method", with secondary fermentation in the bottle, where it was matured for 48 months. It has a pleasant aroma of dried fruits and herbs and an elegant, delicate flavour that lasts. It is suitable for toasting, or for pairing with starters or light main courses.
 

 

 

Smell: Dried apricots, dried apples, bread crust, herbs.

Taste: A dry and elegant sparkling wine with a delicate and delicate taste. The mature character is expressed in the aftertaste with aromas of almond, honey and chamomile.

Combination with food: Aged classic sparkling wine is usually offered as a toast, but it also goes well with beef carpaccio, roast fish or tender white meat.
