It is therefore a young wine made from typical Vipava varieties, such as Malvazija, Zelen, Sauvignon.<\/p>\n<p>The wine is fresh. It combines floral and herbal scents. It is medium-bodied, smooth and harmonious. A pleasant combination of aromas and flavors, acidity and slightly higher sugar form a bouquet of flowers that harmonize beautifully with each other.<\/p>\n<p>Aging ability: 5 years.<\/p>\n<p>Serving temperature: from +10 to + 12\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><!--block-->Hand picked grapes. A few hours of maceration of the grape must, pressing and clarification of the must by sedimentation at low temperatures. Fermentation at temperatures of 10 \u00b0C to 20 \u00b0C. A partial biological fermentation was carried out in the wine.
