Nose: Intenziven vonj suhih marelic, zrelega tropskega sadja s poudarkom na ananasu in papaji. Zaznamo tudi posušeno limonino lupino s pridihom smole, usnja, praženih mandljev in zelišč.

Palate: Dry and structured, mineral with discernible tannins that leave a pleasant spicy finish. The aftertaste is long and intense.

Pairing Suggestions: It can be enjoyed on its own, but also beautifully complements poultry and pork dishes, as well as fish, especially salmon and tuna. It's also worth trying with goat kid and sheep's cheese.
