Penina Zelena (charmat metoda)
Penina Zelena is a semi-dry sparkling wine made from the autochthonous grape variety Zelen, indigenous to the Upper Vipava Valley. Its beauty is the typical freshness of the Vipava wines with a gentle Muscat aroma.
The sparkling bubbles bring an intoxicating aroma of spices (cinnamon, cloves) and citruses to the festive occasion.
In the mouth it feels pleasantly sparkly with a refreshing flavour.
