Rebula Ventus is a dry lively wine with pleasant acidity that makes it fresh.
Its flavour promises a great balance of softness. Fruit and flower aromas are harmoniously combined and reflect youthfulness.

Variety: 100 % Rebula

Grape growing and winemaking details:
  • Vineyard: Terraced vineyards.
  • Harvest: By hand, last week of September.
  • Maceration: Short cold maceration of crushed grapes.
  • Fermentation: In stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 20 ºC.
  • Maturation: In stainless steel vats.

Wine description:
  • Colour:Straw yellow with shades of green.
  • Nose: Varietal, reminiscent of lemons and apples.
  • Palate: Fruity, gentle note of cedar.
  • Harmony: The wine has a full taste, pleasant acids contribute to its freshness.
  • Ageing potential: Up to 5 years.

Wine parameters:
  • Alcohol: 15,5 %vol.
  • Sugar content: 1,4 g/l of residual sugar.
  • Total acidity: 5,3 g/l.
  • Serving temperature: 10 – 12 ºC.
  • Marriage of food and wine: Gnocchi, lasagne, pasta and risotto with vegetable sauce, aubergines, pâté, egg dishes, sole, sea bass, freshwater fish, poultry, refreshing salads.
