The wine is fresh and youthful with a noble mellow flavour followed by a longer finish.

Grape growing and winemaking details:
- Vineyard: Terraced vineyards around the manor house Zemono.
- Harvest: By hand.
- Maceration: Ten hours of cold maceration of crushed grapes.
- Fermentation: Cold, at 12 ºC.
- Maturation: In stainless steel vats, four months on fine lees.
Wine description:
- Colour: Straw yellow with green undertones.
- Nose: Grassy, floral.
- Palate: Reminiscent of red currant and elderberries with a subtle aftertaste of fresh hay. The flavour is fresh and youthful.
- Harmony: The acidity complements well with a slightly higher sugar content.
- Ageing potential: Up to 6 years.

- Sugar content: 4.48 g/L of residual sugar.
- Total acidity: 5,0 g/l.
- Serving temperature: 12 – 14 ºC.
- Marriage of food and wine: Gnocchi, lasagne, pasta with tomato sauce, gilthead seabream, scorpionfish, common pandora, blue fish, seafood à la “buzara”, poulet, quail, dishes with asparaguses, omelettes with herbs, cheese, flat cakes.
