Sauvignon Blanc Ventus
Sauvignon Blanc Ventus is a dry wine. Its aroma is reminiscent of elder blossoms and freshly mown grass with a unique Muscat bouquet in the background.
The wine is soft and drinkable having a smooth fresh flavour and a medium body.

Variety: 100 % Sauvignon
Grape growing and winemaking details:
- Vineyard: Terraced vineyards.
- Harvest: By hand, 13th September 2006.
- Maceration: Cold maceration of crushed grapes for six hours.
- Fermentation: In stainless steel vats at 12 ºC.
- Maturation: For four months on fine lees in stainless steel vats.
Wine description:
- Colour: Yellow colour with green undertones.
- Nose: Fresh bell pepper, sage, freshly mown grass, elder blossoms.
- Palate: The wine has a full, warm and gentle flavour. The varietal characteristics, present in the aroma, can also be noticed in the wine's flavour.
- Harmony: Dry, delicate and harmonious wine with gentle acidity.
- Ageing potential: Up to 5 years.

- Alcohol: 13,0 %vol.
- Sugar content: Dry, 3,8 g/l of residual sugar.
- Total acidity: 5,3 g/l.
- Serving temperature: 12 – 14 ºC.
- Marriage of food and wine:Fish dishes, seasoned white meat, pasta, refreshing salads, tomato dishes, semi matured cheese (Nanos cheese).
