Zelen Consortium
The consortium brings together 16 growers of Zelen native varieties of the above Vipava. The largest part of the consortium is also our cellar Vipava 1894.
Zelen is an autochthonous grape variety from the Upper Vipava Valley. The wine Zelen Lanthieri is endowed with a gentle aroma reminiscent of flowers and fruits complemented by Mediterranean fragrant herbs (lavender, rosemary).
