Graševina Ventus (Croatian name for Welschriesling) is a dry white wine with a typical varietal aroma that reflects an outstanding ripeness of grapes. It has a pleasant and balanced body that makes the wine fresh.

Variety: 100 % Welschriesling
Grape growing and winemaking details:
- Vineyard: Terraced vineyards.
- Harvest: Exclusively by hand.
- Maceration: Short cold maceration of crushed grapes.
- Fermentation: In stainless steel vats at a temperature of 18 ºC.
- Maturation: In stainless steel vats. On fine lees till New Year.
Wine description:
- Colour: Yellowish with undertones of green.
- Nose: Reminiscent of apples, citruses and flowers.
- Palate: Pleasantly fresh and fruity but at the same time full.
- Harmony: Elegant and full wine with warm flavour yet possessing an outstanding freshness.
- Ageing potential: Up to 8 years.

- Alcohol: 12,0 %vol.
- Sugar content: 3,9 g/l of residual sugar.
- Total acidity: 5,0 g/l.
- Serving temperature: 10 – 12 ºC.
- Marriage of food and wine: Grilled mushrooms, blue fish, carp, sheatfish, chicken, quails, roast goose, turkey, pork, veal.
