Vrtovčan Vipava
Vrtovčan Vipava is a wine blend made to introduce a new vintage. It is therefore a young wine, made out of typical varieties from the Vipava Valley - Malvasia, Zelen and Sauvignon.
The wine has a fresh character complemented with a mixture of floral and herbal scents It is mid-full bodied, smooth and well balanced.

- Vineyard: Terraced vineyards.
- Harvest: End of August, beginning of September.

- Fermentation: Controlled at a temperature of 18 ºC.

Wine description:
- Colour: Straw yellow with shades of green.
- Nose: Fresh citrus scents complemented with supplemented with vegetal and herbal notes.
- Palate: Its flavour is full, soft, warm and at the same time fresh.
- Harmony: A pleasant combination of scents and flavours. Its moderate acidity and slightly higher sugar content are like a harmonious bouquet of flowers.
- Ageing potential: 5 years.

- Alcohol: 12,5 %vol.
- Sugar content: 4,0 g/l of residual sugar.
- Total acidity: 5,2 g/l.
- Serving temperature: 9 – 11 ºC.
- Marriage of food and wine: Cold starters, sea fish, pasta, pork.
