Pinot Noir Vipava is a mellow, balanced and drinkable wine renowned for its delicate fruity aroma.
Its body is rounded off with a pleasant bouquet reminiscent of blackberries, forest fruit and mulberries.

Grape growing and winemaking details:
- Vineyard: Terraced vineyards.
- Harvest: By hand, first week of September.
- Maceration: At the same time as fermentation; ten days at a temperature below 29 ºC.

Wine description:
- Colour: Ruby red colour with a cast of burnt orange that is typical for this variety.
- Nose:A wide range of scents reminiscent of blackberries, also ripe cherries and mulberries.
- Palate: In the mouth it feels fresh, fruity and light.
- Harmony: In the mouth it feels pleasantly smooth because the tannins are well integrated and balanced.
- Ageing potential: Up to 5 years.

- Alcohol: 11,5 %vol.
- Sugar content: 1,9 g/l of residual sugar.
- Total acidity: 5,6 g/l.
- Serving temperature: 14 - 16 ºC.
- Marriage of food and wine: Simple dishes made of red meat, fish, venison, dished made of mushrooms, matured and semi-matured cheeses.
