- Vineyard: Terraced vineyards.

- Maceration: Short cold maceration of crushed grapes.
- Fermentation: Controlled, at a temperature of 16 ºC.
- Maturation: In stainless steel vats, maturation on fine lees for five months.

- Colour: Golden colour with undertones of straw yellow.
- Nose: Varietal, Muscaty.
- Palate: Sweet, fresh, light and elegant.
- Harmony: The successful marriage of acidity and sugar make it a fresh desert wine.
